been really depressed for about 2 weeks and meds amke it worse. i hate feeling like this. i feel alone all the time. feel like no one cares but i know i have poople that care. Sad . i hate this.

I wish I had an easy answer. Meds usually are only half the battle and sometimes they are just enough to keep us from going totally catatonic. I would suggest maybe trying to get out more, even if its just a walk by yourself and working on as much coping things as you can. I know for me, that I'm in that state and its only keeping myself busy that is helping me at all.
