Apologies for my absence

Yeah, sorry I disappeared for a few days - I dislocated my shoulder again.

Been in bed for the past few days. Much better now, still a bit, well, blue/purple/black. Unfortunately the stress on the joint damaged the rotator cuff further than it already was. Had an injection of cortisone and it has improved somewhat now. Will just have to see how it goes.

I swear my body is just genetically wired to break every couple of months. It matters not. My back isn't feeling great either but it's slightly better than it was. Also getting by with fewer pain meds now, so I can function again.

Also say my optician yesterday and am getting some new flashy glasses lol
