Chatroom Operator Requirements & Application

To maintain, oversee and engage within the community Chatroom. These are the leaders of the Chat community. If you are considering becoming a Chat Operator, you must meet the following requirements as well as be voted on publicly for the community to vote.

1. Must have a minimum of 15 posts
2. Must be active within a division (Director, Assistant Director, Veteran)
3. Must be willing to follow all the rules and guidelines within the community
4. Must be willing to act as a mediator if needed between members using the procedure outlined.
5. Must be able to maintain the integrity of Hope In Suffering when acting as a Representative
6. Must meet with a minimum activity requirement of 4 hours a week of moderating the Chatroom
7. Must be able to meet once monthly with the administrator to discuss performance and/or Chatroom relevant discussion
